I need to know what I can take for a cold if I am feeding?

I have robitussin, nyquil, dayquil, and tylenol cough and cold the blue stuff. I dont have medical insurance so I cant ask a doctor. The guy at our pharmacy didnt know for sure, so he told me not to take anything. PLEASE!!! Someone tell me what they took.
