Why is B-Obama so partisan; he failed to join the GANG OF 14 like McCain?

Face it, B-Obama will not change the partisan divide in Washington, he will only add to it. McCain with his history has a good chance of getting all sides to agree. He is does work well with Democrats. B-Obama has not worked well with DC Republicans or for that matter, his own party.
