Well I have gotten pregnant before and have had two abortions that I have regreted doing so but I feel that?

if I can give up a child for abortion I can give a child that is not going to be mine to someone else. Is that not the same thing or am I thinking about this the wrong way? Would they still allow me to be a surrogate even though I have had two abortions?
