How much bigger does birth control make your ?

Alright, so I am fourteen, and I have been on my birth control for about a month and a half, I have noticed that my s are super duper sore! And I think it might be the extra kick of estrogen from the birth control that might be causing growing pains. I was wondering how much they might grow. And I am in a 32 B bra and noticed that it's a little snug, so should I move up? Thanks for the help. :)
