I have Ulead VideoStudio 11 and it keeps freezing when I try to burn a DVD?

Hello, it would be a big help if you could give as much info about your system as possible eg, what OS do you use, type and speed of CPU, how much memory you have, do you maintain your computer on a regular basis that is do you defrag your hard drives and do you check your system hard drive for errors on a regular basis including Virus and Mal-ware checks, also how much hard drive space is available, I always keep my system hard drive at least 50% free this helps defrag to work faster and should help other programmes to work faster too, also when your burning and editing do you make sure no other programmes are runing in the background, have you checked that your burner drivers and firmware are up to date. it all helps.
