Cholesterol - Lowering Diet?

Try to eat organic or grow yourself a Garden. Stay away from Sugar or too much Sugar or Sugar Substitutes. Excercise and try to relieve stress. Everyone's body is different and so each person reacts differently to their Environment(Foods, Water, Air, Stress, Etc) Your Background or Heritage also plays a Role...They have blood tests which can indicate where your ancestors came from and what you should be eating, drinking and what your should not. Learned that from a Doctor in Toronto..Europeans have different Genetics then Asians..etc, etc. Do what makes you happy in Life and if your lifestyle is not making you happy then change it. Also get enough sleep and relaxation..No Excuses Americans can change their ways for the better and forget what the Corporate Masters Say, Screw them live you own life.
