Any professional Nissan Techs available? 96 Quest with a 60mA parasitic draw on SEC fuse circuit?

HI this car is going dead over night or a week 70ma total don't sound that bad for a draw . i bet that it don't light a test light it normally takes 1/4 amp or 250ma to light a bulb barley. I guess what I'm asking is what is the car doing that your trying to diag.???? Thanks i will try to help.
