Rate this team and make suggestions?

I disagree with the other answer, Scizor's moves are really useful; Pursuit can take out fleeing Gengars, Alakazams, and occasionaly Azelfs, and U-Turn allows for a quick escape from fires, as long as you outspeed them. Heatran is also fine. Electivre would be a bit more useful if it knew Earthquake, and Thunderpunch instead of Thunderbolt. Physical attacks are alot more useful on him. Keep Waterfall on Gyarados, DONT replace it with Surf. Gyarados is obviously more physically based. Your only problem are those Regis. Your Regirock cant do a think to Skarmory, Scizor, Jirachi, Metagross, Registeel, Bronzong, Lucario, Empoleon, Heatran, or Forretress. Shocking, huh? Earthquake can easily take over Iron Defense, it wont be needing any more Defense. Plus, a simple Taunt can force you to swith out, much like Regice. Speaking of Regice, it's really easilly countered, take Infernape par example. A Flare Blitz can easily take down Regice, and Weavile can usually 2HKO it (cant be positive, EV's not given). So you might want Ice Beam or a Hidden Power, gr or electric are good options. Or you might just want to take Regice off the team, it is easily bested by Blissey, who has astronomical health, more Sp. Def, and fewer weaknesses (not to mention a more gracious movepool.)
