Need free legal advice?

We have 20 acres of land.My husband bought it from his grandfather.THERE IS A POND IN THE MIDDLE of it.There was 7 sons and daughters. They were to have rights to the pond to fish. Even their heirs in the furture. All but 2 daughters are left besides all the other heirs. What do we have to do to get total control of the pond. Noone goes down there.Haven't in over 15 years. We want to build a house back there and don't want ant intruders from the family. No one communicates hardly any mor.
