How to engage a 22-year-old "special girl" at home? I have a sis-in-law who suffers from cerebral palsy.

we live at a place where we do not have any schools for such children and she has to stay at home. She does sometimes go to my aunt's own school meant for normal children but when se comes back home after spending few hours there, she keeps on repeating the name of one girl whom she likes. Its really bad for her to repeat the girl's name so many times and that leads her to talk on her own so much. So we decided to let her stay at home. She can just write English ..small sentences like a Kindergarden kid can do. She has problem with walking so doesnt like sports. She just sits and watches TV and I feel I should engage her in some sort of work. From the last few days I have started giving her lessons to write in notebook for 2-3 hours until lunch time..and then she goes off to sleep. Her mother and father are with her..but they have kind of spoilt her by doing her work and letting her sit in front of TV the whole day. She also has epilepsy which occurs once a year or so. Pls suggest.
