Dog question specifically pomeranian ?

My girlfriend has a 6 month old wolf sable pedigree pomeranian which started losing its hair about 2 months ago. at first we thought it to be puppy uglies but now the hair has started growing back but unfortunately the dog's hair has started growing back straight like a normal dog as opposed to the fluff ball look Pomeranians are supposed to have the dog is healthy and extremely energetic and is showing no other signs of illness. before she went through puppy uglies she had the fluff ball look. does anybody know what we should do or whats happening to the dog
