Who are the "sheeplike" one Jesus spoke about at Matthew 25:33?

All Catholics have an axe to grind with their Pope. The brotherhood of Muslims is not only fragmented into different sects but the routinely persecute and kill each other, seemeingly as part of their worship. The Protestants are still protesting and forming different denominations on a daily basis. So, is there a religion who unquestioningly obey the directions given by the Governing body, does not tolerate ideas which cant be supported by the bible and follow the preaching and teaching example Christ showed?
